A creation of Shelbie's vast imagination.
Hello, my name is Shelbie M. Moore. I started drawing fairies when I was in the 3rd grade; it was a sort of calming hobby. When drawing fairies, my pencil took over my hand. No notebook, piece of paper, or homework assignment was safe from my wings and women. My fairies represent peace, love, creativity, and the ability to live your own life. I always thought of the fairies as being a part of my life. Now that I’m older, I see myself as a fairy. My body is not as small as a leaf ,nor am I as magical as Tinkerbell, but I feel connected to the creatures I draw.
This blog was envisioned to be continuously updated. I want to give hints and helpful tools to creative people everywhere. Criticism and opinions are always welcomed. Feedback from readers is one of the best things in the world to me.
As my books begin to sale, I want to create “The Fairy Scholarship.” This scholarship will be awarded to high school students pursuing a life in creative writing, journalism, English and more. The award will be given to students whom I believe are spreading their wings as far as they will go.
Overall, I want the world to know what I started out as; a fairy.
Ask me anything, post it as a comment or ask via e-mail at ShelbieMMoore@gmail.com

Follow your passion as it will take you happily through life. The road may not look like what we first envision, but if you’re happy, you’ll enjoy the view nonetheless! As a writer who dabbles in art myself, I’m always looking for inspiration too. It’s amazing where one will find it. We just need to listen to those quiet little voices in our hearts. It sounds like you’re hearing yours loud and clear – good for you!
